Paths Seeking a Place
"Paths Seeking a Place" unfolds as a dynamic mural, composed of terracotta ceramic modules with metallic black glaze. These pieces, anchored to canvas panels of varying dimensions, which are themselves worked with clay and charcoal, are structured in reliefs that invite tactile and visual exploration.
Each geometric piece, unique and imperfect, contains the expressive potential of the material. They all converse in a common language, forming a vast "expanded family." The whole unfolds like an open network, without a defined center, a rhizome that suggests infinite connections. The panels function as pictorial stages where the ceramics circulate along possible paths, engaging in a playful and silent dance. It is a visual narrative of contrasts and convergences, an invitation to decipher the invisible lines that unite gestures and materials, subtleties and details, the singular and the collective. The work invites us to pause, to inhabit the threshold between the visible and the invisible, between what was and what can still emerge.
